Can anyone do CrossFit?

We can’t stress this enough - YES!

We all started CrossFit at sometime, and most of us felt a little worried about rocking up and giving it a try - but once you do, you’ll love it! The beauty of CrossFit is that it’s tailored to everyone’s unique ability, whether that be the weights you’re picking up or the movements your completing, every class is scalable to abilities and previous injuries.

Do you have Carparks?

Yes. We have a number of branded parks on site, plus a bunch of available parks within our lot for our members to use - rest assured, you will easily find a park!

Do I have to do an induction if I’ve never done CrossFit before?

Yes. The benefit of doing an induction is that you know exactly what you’re doing when you jump into your first class. CrossFit has a bunch of barbell movements and gymnastic skill variations, so you want to make sure your form and technique is right to avoid injury.

Can I choose to do an induction if I’ve done CrossFit a wee while ago but feel like I need a ‘refresher’?

Absolutely, there’s never a better time to brush up on your skills than when you’'re getting back into things - and our expert coaches will spend the time focusing on exactly what you need a friendly reminder on.

Do you have shower facilities?

Sure do! We have Men’s and Women’s shower and changing room facilities. We’ve even been told they’re probably the nicest CrossFit Gym showers ever!
