CROSSFIT

CrossFit classes are for any one at any age and stage of their fitness journey. Every CrossFit class is scalable to any ability - which can sometimes mean different levels of athletes are doing different movements! It’s all in the name of keeping fit and active, and enjoying the support of the community you’re working out with. Just make sure you’ve completed a CrossFit Induction first if you’re new to CrossFit.

OPEN GYM

Open gym is available every weekday from 7:45am to 4:45pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am - 2:00pm and 8:00am - 1:00pm respectively. Open Gym access is only for those who have an Open Gym inclusive Membership.
