In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 22 minutes of:
200/150m Row or Ski
5 Hang Clean and Jerk 50/35
10 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Bar Muscle Ups or Burpee Pull-Ups
50 Double Under’s (100 Singles)
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A will Row 200 meters,
Partner B will perform 5 Hang Clean and Jerk
Partner A will perform 10 Bar Facing Burpees
Partner B will perform 5 Bar Muscle Ups etc…
