Primary Objective: Complete each round of the workout in sub 18:00 minutes
Secondary Objective: Split the work evenly with your partner
Athlete Strategy and Workout Flow:
The flow of this workout will have both athletes running together and then splitting each movement in the gym evenly. This means that there will be 2 miles of running for all athletes, but only 40 reps on each movement to complete this workout. Because we will be resting in that ideal scenario of 1:1 on the working sets in the gym we should be able to maintain a good clip on this workout. The goal is to maintain 2:00 or less on the runs and then complete all movements in 2:00-3:00 between the runs. If this seems like it will be a hard task we should find a modification for the workout that allows for this.
