One athlete starts on the Run and one athlete starts on the Double Unders and they have to make their way to the other side of the movement sequence. Every round switch which direction you are going on the workout. 

Objectives / Stimulus / RPE / Workout Strategy

Goal: 3:30-4:30 / Round

Stimulus: Quad + Midline Stamina / V02 Max

RPE: 9/10

Primary Objective: Complete each set in under 4:00 minutes

Secondary Objective: Remain unbroken on all movements

Athlete Strategy and Workout Notes:

Partner 1 Starts on the Run, Partner 2 Starts on the Double Unders, and you both complete the work within the minute going opposite directions. Start each round in a different direction. This will have athletes probably meeting at the box at around the same time with the athlete starting on Double Unders getting to the box quicker. The goal here will be on how to alternate the work to have both athletes complete 25 box jump overs during this portion before continuing in the workout.
