Secondary Objective: Maintain alternating sets with your partner of 5+ per movement.

Stimulus: Muscular stamina and endurance / volume accumulation

RPE: 8/10 (would be 9-10 / 10 if done solo)

Workout Flow and Athlete Notes:

We have a classic CrossFit Hero Workout in the form of a challenging high volume triplet today. The goal with the workout is to build volume and pace the workout from the get go in order to maintain consistent pacing throughout. If we are looking at this from a pure movement perspective we could see each movement being done in close to 60-75 seconds, but with the added in fatigue and transitions assume that things will slow down a bit from there. Because we have a partner splitting the reps, we should hold a better cadence, intensity and pace here to allow us to get to that 5 round goal with this workout.
