  1. 200 Double Unders

  2. 150 Wall Balls 9/6

  3. 100 Dumbbell Snatches 22.5/15

  4. 75 Box Jump Overs 24/20

  5. 50 Toes to Bar

Workout Details:

  1. Double Unders: The first athlete begins with the double unders. They continue until they either reach the count of 200 or wish to switch out with a teammate. If the athlete switches before reaching the count, the next teammate continues from where they left off.

  2. Wall Balls: Again, one athlete performs the exercise until they reach the count or decide to switch. The next teammate continues from the last count.

  3. Dumbbell Snatches: This pattern continues through the dumbbell snatches.

  4. Box Jump Overs: The fourth movement is box jump overs. The athletes take turns performing the exercise until they reach the total count of 75.

  5. Toes to Bar: The final movement is toes to bar. The athletes finish off the workout by taking turns until they reach a total count of 50.

Remember that each athlete can switch out with a teammate at any time during their turn. The goal is to complete all the reps of each movement as a team as quickly as possible.
