Primary Objective: Complete the Row and the Chipper ideally as close to each other as possible

Secondary Objective: Come up with a game plan of when to change stations and work to complete on a set timer that makes sense.

Strategy and Workout FloW

This workout will have one athlete working on completing the Row while the other two partners are working to complete the chipper. Once you have completed either the Row or the Chipper, finish the remaining reps or meters together alternating work bouts until completion.
