CONDITIONING

Time Cap: 30 minutes

This workout is best described as HECTIC, the team will engage in a relay-style. Each team member will perform their designated exercise before tagging the next teammate to start their set. The goal is to complete as many rounds as possible within the 30-minute time frame.

Round 1:

  • S1: 10 Squat Cleans 50/30

  • S2: 15 Dumbbell Push Press 15/10

  • S3: 20 KB SDHP 24/20

Round 2:

  • S1: 10 Push Jerks 50/30

  • S2: 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts 15/10

  • S3: 20 KB Swings 24/20

Round 3:

  • S1: 10 Power Cleans 50/30

  • S2: 15 Dumbbell Hang Cleans 15/10

  • S3: 20 KB Lunges 24/20
