Deep Water (25 Minutes)

Five stations, working for 4 minutes at each, with 60 seconds transition time between stations. Partners accumulate as many reps or calories as possible.

  1. Ski Erg – Max Calories

  2. Burpee Broad Jumps – Max Reps

  3. Row - Max Calories

  4. Sled Push 12.5m – Max Distance

  5. DB Travelling Lunges

Scoring: Total reps or calories per team. Push the pace and keep moving.
