Use 10 mins to take class through a dynamic warmup piece

Using the length of the room with a walking series, focus should be on running, pulling and snatch mechanics.

PERFORMANCE and FITNESS

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

300/250m Row or Ski

10 Pull-Ups

5 Power Snatch 50/35 or 10 KB Swings

10 DB Hang Clean and Jerk 22.5/15

5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will Row 200 meters, Partner B will perform 10 Pull-Ups, Partner A will perform 5 Power Snatch, and Partner B will perform 10 DB Hang Clean and Jerk – and so on for 25 minutes.
