In teams of 3, complete 5 sets each of:

15/9 Cal Airbike  

12 DB Hang Clean and Jerks 22.5/15 

9 T2B 

6 Power Snatch 50/35 

3 C2B Pullups 

Teams get one Airbike. Teams establish an order and line up behind their Airbike maintaining that order for the workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps. 

Send your fastest athlete off first!
