CONDITIONING (AMRAP - ROUNDS)

PERFORMANCE and FITNESS

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

300/250m Row/Ski or 15/12 Cal Airbike

10 T2B

5 Power Snatch 50/35

10 Double DB Hang Clean and Jerk 15/10

5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will Row 300/250 meters, Partner B will perform 10 T2B, Partner A will perform 5 Power Snatch, and Partner B will perform 10 DB Hang Clean and Jerk – and so on for 25 minutes.
