Using the length of the room with a walking series, focus should be on running, pulling and snatch mechanics.

In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
200/150m Row or Ski
10 Pull-Ups
5 Power Snatch 50/35 or 10 KB Swings
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will Row 200 meters, Partner B will perform 10 Pull-Ups, Partner A will perform 5 Power Snatch, and Partner B will Row 200 meters – and so on for 25 minutes.
