In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
200/150m Row or Ski
10 Pull-Ups
10 DB Hang Clean and Jerks 22.5/15
10/7 Cal Airbike
20 DB Lunges 22.5/15
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Thus, Partner A will Row 200/150m, Partner B will perform 10 Pull-Ups, Partner A will perform 10 DB Hang Clean and Jerks, and Partner B will Airbike 10/7 Cal Airbike etc…
