Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 wall walks
12 dumbbell snatches
15 box jump-overs

22.5/15kg dumbbell, 24-in box

BUDDY SATURDAY

For Time 

In partners

120 cal row or Airbike split however

Then....

Each partner must complete 50 Pushups

While one partner does Pushups the other partner holds a Plate(20/10) over head
Can only work while  partner holds plate over head 

Then...

40 T2B each while partner holds a plank 

Can only work while partner is in plank

Then....

30 DB Snatch Each while partner does Pull-ups.
Both must work at same time and complete 30 of each

Then....

20 Burpees in Unison 

Then....

10 Bar Muscle Ups

End with 150 DU or SU split however one partner at a time but every time you break you have to switch partners

* Scale pushups as needed
* Scale T2B to T2R
* Scale load for DB
* Scale Pullups to Ring Rows
