SATURDAY

Team of 3 - 25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 500/400m Row (One person at a time, switch when row is complete)

  • 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24"/20"

  • 20 Hang Power Cleans 60/40

  • 20 Single DB Push Press 22.5/15

Note: Each team member will start on a different exercise, rotate to the next exercise once everyone has finished their reps. The workout is completed as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 25 minutes.

Here's how the workout will look:

  • Partner 1 starts on 500/400m row

  • Partner 2 starts on 20 burpee box jump overs

  • Partner 3 starts on 20 hang power cleans

  • Once Partner 1 completes their row, they move to the next exercise (burpee box jump overs), and Partner 2 moves to hang power cleans, and Partner 3 moves to single DB push press.

  • The cycle continues until the 25 minutes are up.
