Divide group into pairs, with each pair starting at a different station. Each pair will complete the following stations alternating twice before moving to the next station.
Partner A performs one of the following stations:
14/12/10 calorie ski erg
1 sled push (down and back)
2 rope climbs or :45 secs rope up/downs
20/15 GHD sit-ups or :45 secs Plate Situps
20/15 Wall Balls 9/6
Partner B performs a shuttle run between two cones (10m Apart) until Partner A finishes the movement. Partners must tag out of each station. Alternating mins partners switch and Partner B performs the movement while Partner A does the shuttle run.
Each pair completes 2 rounds at their station before rotating to the next station. Once all pairs have completed 2 rounds at each station, the workout is complete.
