  • 11 Rope Climbs (2 rope up/downs per 1 RC)

  • 200 meter Run (as a pair)

  • 33 Power Cleans 60/40

  • 400 meter Run (as a pair)

  • 55 Deadlifts 60/40

  • 66 Burpees

The Workout is a team workout consisting of 2 people, and where only one person can work at a time. Partition the work as needed. Each exercise must be completed in the order described in its entirety before moving onto the following exercise.
