BUDDY SATURDAY

For Time (In partners)

120 cal Row or Airbike split however

50 Pushups each

While one partner does Pushups the other partner holds a Plate(20/10) over head (Can only work while  partner holds plate over head)

40 T2B each

While partner holds a plank (Can only work while partner is in plank)

30 DB Hang Clean and Jerk each

While partner does Pullups. (Both must work at same time and complete 30 of each)

20 Burpees in Unison

10 Bar Muscle Ups or Burpee Pull-ups

200 Double Under’s or Singles split however one partner at a time but every time you break you have to switch partners
