Note: Each team member will start at a different station and complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 30 minutes before rotating to the next exercise.
All team members start with a 200m run together as a team.
Member 1 starts with 15 Deadlifts 70/50
Member 2 starts with 12 Handstand push-ups (HR Pushups)
Member 3 starts with 9 Single DB Devils Press 15/10
Once each person has completed their reps, they rotate to the next exercise. After completing the Devils Press, the team comes together for another 200m run. Repeat the cycle for 30 minutes, continuously rotating through the exercises and finishing each round with a 200m run. The goal is to accumulate as many rounds as possible in the 30-minute time frame. Adjust the weights or movements as needed.
